The names of the Directors at the date of this report and of those who held office during the year are as follows:

Since the last Annual General Meeting, Chief Hope Harriman, Mr. Victor Eburajolo and Mrs Uche C. Ohimai-Ehimiaghe were appointed Directors.  In accordance with Article 95 of the Company’s Articles of Association, they are to retire at theAnnual General Meeting and, being eligible, offer themselves for election.

 In accordance with Article 90 of the Articles of Association of the Company, Alhaji I.M. Damcida and Chief S.A. Edu are retiring by rotation at the Annual General Meeting and being eligible, offer themselves for re-election.

 Special notice have been received to proposed the election of Chief Hope Harriman and the re-election of Alhaji I.M. Damcida as Directors of the company, notwithstanding that they have attained the age of seventy years.
