The Avian Flu disease has captured considerable international
attention over the past year with serious epidemics of this
disease affecting Japan, South Korea, and areas of South-east
Asia earlier this year. Now considered a pandemic, serious
outbreaks of avian influenza had also affected the Netherlands,
Belgium, and Germany in 2003.

prescription only medicines (POMs). Products currently in the market

Ant-infective, Cough and Cold preparations, Pharyngeals and topical
preparations (Emollients).
